Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post from Australia, within 7 days of receiving payment for an order. For delivery within Australia, you can choose standard post, registered post or express post.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you will be able to obtain a refund on the cost of the product only. However, you will need to return the product to us in its original condition within 14 days (28 days for international customers) of the invoice date, before a full refund minus shipping costs will be made. You are responsible for return postage costs and we recommend that you use Registered Post so that it can be tracked. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. See Conditions of Use for more details. Does not apply to sales of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note there are no refunds on discounted or sale items, only store credit or exchange for returns.

Exchange Policy
If you want to make an exchange, you will need to return the product to us in its original condition before an exchange can be made within 14 days (28 days for international customers) of the invoice date. You are responsible for return postage costs and we recommend that you use Registered Post so that it can be tracked.  We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. We will then send out the new item/s at a cost of $6.50 to you or you may send your own prepaid or express post satchel. See Conditions of Use for more details. Does not apply to sales of earrings due to hygiene reasons. For sale items, please contact us first so that we can check that we have your desired size left in stock.

• If clothing is returned marked and/or stained then we reserve the right to withhold a $15 dry cleaning fee per item.
• Items that have been worn or damaged will be denied a refund and posted back to you.
• We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send via a traceable method like registered post.
