We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide The Gypsy Den with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the website or an employee of The Gypsy Den.
Membership
A The Gypsy Den member may not have more than one active membership, whether this is by use of name, email address, an alias or combination thereof. If you breach this condition, you may be liable for the recovery of any benefits obtained this way, such as gift vouchers, coupon discounts, promotional benefits and the value therein.
Membership accounts are non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your membership account at any time. You agree to maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times.
As a The Gypsy Den member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account and password.

Product Information
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the The Gypsy Den website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Payment Methods
The Gypsy Den accepts payments by the following methods:
Credit cards online - Credit card payments may be made through Paypal. Please read their fees policy and you will need to register to make a payment with Paypal.
Direct Deposit - We can provide you with our banking details to make a deposit. Purchases will be dispatched after funds appear in the The Gypsy Den bank account (usually 1-2 days). When you go through the checkout process you will see our bank account details.
Money Order or Cheque - The Gypsy Den does NOT accept cheques. We will accept Australia Post money orders. These should be made payable to 'The Gypsy Den' and sent to PO Box 3488 Helensvale Town Centre QLD 4212. Purchases will be despatched after funds have cleared (5-7 working days).
If paying by Direct Deposit or Money Order, orders may be cancelled if payment has not been received within 5 business days.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and currently do not include GST. GST may be applied in the future depending on the success of The Gypsy Den. The Gypsy Den reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Processing and Delivery
We know that once you place your order you will be eager to receive your The Gypsy Den products, so all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment. We will notify you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible should there be any problems regarding your order or delays in delivery. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 2 days to arrange alternative delivery.
We will fulfill international orders as long as there are no known restrictions on our products overseas. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Normal Delivery (within Australia) with Australia Post will take 3-5 days.
All items purchased from The Gypsy Den are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means once we have passed items to Australia Post the risk of loss/damage for all purchases becomes your responsibility.
All postal charges are calculated automatically according to the product weight and destination using Australia Post charges for both Domestic and International deliveries.
International customers will receive their purchases to their doorstep by Air Mail usually within 4-14 business days. You can choose to insure your parcel for an additional cost. Postage fees are as per Australia Post rates.
Should any import duties or taxes be incurred these are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the receiver.
Australia Post only offers a maximum of $50 compensation for missing Standard or Express Post parcels. Therefore it is advised that if your order is greater than this amount you choose an alternative method of delivery that requires you to sign for your parcel. The Gypsy Den will not be held liable for missing orders due to Australia Post.
The Gypsy Den will gladly exchange items (excluding postage costs) as long as product/s are returned as new i.e. unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and returned within 14 days (28 days for international customers) of the invoice date.
Due to health reasons, The Gypsy Den cannot accept exchanges on earrings unless the received order is incorrect or the product is faulty.
Please note there are no returns on sale items unless they are faulty, only store credit or exchange on sale items.
